Get the Phillips Latte Go system if you’re going to drop a large amount on a machine and want to do the bare minimum to get your daily latte. I only have to clean it once a week. It’s magical ✨

I have used mine everyday since July 19th of last year when I got it on my birthday. I make a cold brew every single morning and then an afternoon latte. Get it!!!! It’s so easy to use

If I didn’t get my Breville a year ago, this would be an instant purchase. I don’t buy coffee out anymore. I prefer mine at home. If you use it daily, it saves so much in the long run.

I’m a huge fan of Shark/Ninja and was so excited when our 8 year old regular Ninja coffee maker kicked the bucket so we could buy this…but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We went through three Pro machines in four months, all with different defects. The first one didn’t work properly out of the box and the two replacements each only lasted a few weeks before erroring out. By the time customer service offered a third replacement unit, I took it as a sign and requested a full refund. I found a lot of experiences similar to mine online, but this happened earlier this year so it’s possible Ninja’s fixed these issues since. Not trying to scare anyone off, especially since so many folks have good things to say. Just sharing my two cents! (We ended up going with a Breville Barista Touch instead and couldn’t be happier.)

I got it and had a Nespresso. I love it. It’s on sale right now and if you open an Amazon credit card you get $200 off. It’s basically free 😂 it’s fairly easy to use and makes a great latte. It’s worth it

for the average espresso drinker, it's a good machine but no true enthusiast would ever buy it. the grinder is sub par, just like in any other integrated machine, and will never deliver the full potential of the beans.
