As a health care professional, please take him to go see his primary doctor to get a referral for a sleep study. Especially if he feels tired after sleeping. he may have sleep apnea which can later affect his heart. 🥺

it boggles my mind that people think when people snore it means they’re sleeping WELL? Snoring means the airway is BLOCKED and even if he’s asleep, it’s still not sleeping well.

THIS IS MY HUSBAND!! I legit have sleeping issues and have to take a prescription but it doesn't always work well so I'll be up most of the night and he has the nerve to tell me he couldn't sleep when his ass was snoring all night

Get some cooling bed sheets, comforter and pillows 😂 it helps so much! My wife doesn’t sweat but i do and it makes a difference, i sweat less now.
