Considering Dakota doesn’t have family in Utah I would also want to know who is looking after my child, mind you this child is also spending more time with this person then with his own mother, I’d be asking questions and wanting answers.

Court wanted the answer to be off camera probably to protect the person who was watching Ever. For example, if it was a nanny, they don’t need their name on live court. In this case, it was apparently cru. But she got her answer after all. The court just didn’t want it broadcasted. Dakota side even agreed that both sides should discuss who has Ever.

It’s valid to want to know but also valid for the judge to not what it disclosed on a publicly viewed hearing. Also they both had to attend court so it’s not like she could have taken Ever. Therefore he does have the right to find childcare that he deems appropriate 🤷🏻♀️
