@mis.shelly: 📍 Machi Machi Kabob | Doraville, GA Found some Taiwanese night market food in Georgia! ⭐ Taiwanese Sausage (MUST ORDER ✅) This tasted so similar to the sausages I had at Taiwan’s night markets. Slightly sweet, juicy, garlicky, and packed with flavor. One bite instantly brought me back to Taiwan. ⭐ Stinky Tofu Fried fermented tofu topped with house-made pickled cabbage and served with a vinegar-based sauce. The outside was crispy while the inside stayed soft and airy. Delicious! Although if I’m being picky, it wasn’t quite stinky enough for me 😂 ⭐ Taiwanese Glutinous Meatball Made using a Tainan-style recipe and served with a black-and-white sauce made from rice flour. Sweet, savory, slightly herbal, and surprisingly comforting. I actually liked this version much more than the pink sauce version I’ve had before. ⭐ Taiwanese Cold Noodles Lighter than other cold noodle dishes I’ve tried. The sesame and peanut sauce wasn’t overly heavy, making it refreshing and easy to eat, especially during the summer. This spot serves some of the most authentic Taiwanese food I’ve found in Georgia.
