I grabbed some Australian Pork Lean mince yesterday from @ALDI Australia ecided to make a Singapore Noodle Stirfry dish for a quick and easy midweek dinner option  And it turned out so good, it was also easy to whip up & using the mince meat makes it a great budget friendly weeknight dinner  What I grabbed from Aldi  🤎 Australian Lean Pork Mince  🤎 Red & Green Capsicum  🤎 1 Onion 🤎 1 inch of Ginger  🤎 Garlic  🤎 Singapore Noodles (in the fridge section)  🤎 Teriyaki Marinade  How to mae it:  🤎 Chop up your 2 whole capsicum into slices & mince 3-4 garlic cloves & ginger 🤎 Add your mince & garlic/ginger to your pan with a little bit of oil (if you have a wok use that, I don’t so I use my regular pan) cook on a medium-high heat for a few minutes breaking it up and turning regularly. Once cooked pop onto a plate or bowl with some paper towel to get the extra juices/oil out  🤎 Add your capsicum to the pan with a dash of olive oil, not too much we don’t want it super oily & cook for a few minutes to add some colour then add back your mince  🤎 Add your marinade, use about 1/4 of the bottle then give it a good mix around and add the noodles, I used about 1/2 the pack but you can use all if you prefer  🤎 Add a little more marinade if needed then mix around.
