i liked gloss i just hated how hard it was to customize my schedule. on acuity you’re able to make actual time slots but on gloss you are only able to put business hours so i hated that lol

I love Gloss, it’s very easy to navigate so far! Literally gives you everything. The only thing is if you have services under the same category clients aren’t able to book more than 1 under that category.

I just switched from gloss to acuity and I loveeeee. On gloss it sends intake forms after they make appointment and everyone ignores them🥲I had to run people down for intake forms every single day. Wouldn’t let me set certain services to certain days. Wasn’t customizable like acuity. Also price point was much higher compared to acuity ! Also if you send payment link instead of booking directly on website it doesn’t save card on file which was sooo annoying when booking appointments for clients especially my older clients !
