no joke. i work big diesel. had a lady come in. company driver. it was a hino cab over. said alignment was bad. we aligned it. nothing was wrong in the first place. tracks well. she comes back and says its not aligned. we do it again. we test drive. no issues. straight as an arrow. she takes it. comes back. says its still misaligned. she was no joke about 500lbs. it was incredible she even fit in the thing in the first place. we aligned it WITH HER IN IT. she called us the next day and said it was perfect. thats definitely in my top 3 wildest things i ever dealt with in the shop.
