actually nothing will change unless ppl stop spending money on genshin and stop becoming active. cus hoyo is a business why would they change anything if their still making billions and players are still active. for example mid 2024 genshin went from bring in 1.6 billion dollars to 800k dollars and the active players went from 11 million to 9 million, that's why the give us the standard character selecter and two new endgames. the thing is they do hear our compliments they just ignore it bc it's not hurting their wallets. if you do want somthing to change stop spending money and stop being active

ill be fully honest, ive genuinely for ages thought that hoyo does not see genshin as a passion project. like im sure it was once and im sure there is DEFINITELY care put into it but especially now it feels more like they see it more as a source of money. like the honkai series has always been a passion project for hoyo and zenless is getting similar treatment to hsr/hi3 in rewards and qol, whereas genshin is so far behind on all this sort of stuff.
