IMO - yogurt needs dill not parsley, Aleppo pepper not red pepper for the oil and poached or soft boiled eggs not fried, consistency is better and flavor is banginggggg

I love Turkish eggs but I add dill,mint parsley lemon juice salt and pepper and the garlic I mix everything with Greek yogurt , but instead of paprika Aleppo pepper with the butter it’s amazingly good i poach my eggs
