Governor could have issued a pardon and then pushed the legislature to revise the law so as not to apply in situations like this. The governor saying “what do you want me to do?” Is a sign that they are perfectly happy with the way things are working.

As a Canadian, I will forever be grateful for our health care system. It’s not perfect but I don’t have to worry about things like this or deciding between my life or bankruptcy.

I have cervical cancer and they wont do surgery until its a higher stage..... My insurance wont approve it...
