If someone asked me the last time I smoked weed, I would have had to pause for a while too. I used to smoke a ton, but it’s been years. It would honestly take me a few minutes to remember the last time. A drug test is BS anyway. He could have smoked two weeks earlier. A drug test wouldn’t prove that he was impaired. But they’re about to start giving saliva tests on site.

Never EVER EVER talk to a cop. Even if they arrest you. Ask for a lawyer. The lawyer will then talk to a judge on your behalf. Never answer questions a cop asks…..EVER
