@eishaeisel: National Rocky Road Day calls for a giant homemade Rocky Road using all my favourite treats from ALDI, all for under $20 for 12 serves👏🍫 What’s your must-have Rocky Road ingredient? 👀 Ingredients: • 3 blocks ALDI Dairy Fine milk chocolate • 1/2 packet speculoos biscuits • 1/4 packet pretzels • 2 packets raspberry bites • 1/4 bag marshmallows • Flaky salt Method: Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Break up the biscuits and pretzels, then add them into the chocolate along with the raspberry bites. Use kitchen scissors to cut the marshmallows in half before mixing through.
