honestly, as someone who was quite introverted -or let’s say mainly kept to myself because i thought that meant being cool and mysterious- just talk to people. any and everyone. elders, same age group and kiddies. send a text to friends every once in a while to keep connected to them, and understand that knowledge is beautiful; in all forms. i‘ve started reading more fictional books and in general just looking up stuff just to become a better well-rounded person. be also open to learn from others in person, open your mind to a lot of different perspectives and ideologies. sounds harder than it is, but honestly if i were start all over again- in the sense of being more open, approachable, and i guess an easy to talk to person- i would say find guidance, truth and meaning from the bible. the stories of Jesus and many more teachings in the bible allowed me to find the person to whom i am today.

I don't know if like I'm bad or smth but like people don't talk to me, even my friend group doesn't start conversation to me—they only talk to me if it's about academic, homework, or about math.
