Initially finalized and planned as a Ground + 22 (G+22) structure, the project was vertically expanded into a Ground + 29 (G+29) tower—gaining 7 additional floors over its original design. The engineering breakthrough was achieved by Post-Tensioning (PT) technology starting from the 5th floor onward. By transitioning to PT slabs, we significantly reduced the building's overall dead load and slab thickness. Post Tensioning reduces dead load on upper floors but doesn't fix what's already built below foundation, columns and shear walls all need re-evaluation. Hope a licensed structural engineer is leading this, not just the contractor 😳

I really appreciate what you are doing. But people needs clarification while posting such big ideas.
Post Tension considered while the building was 5th floor. post tension applied to floor slab so the load reductions is for the remaining 17 floors. Let's consider you have have reduced the floor thickness by 4cm. Therefore, you may add two or three floor unless the initial design was over designed.
