As a therapist (and someone in recovery from an ED), THIS is the compassion that was needed. WHATEVER is going on for her, she deserves compassion. EDs are rarely just about looks, and there are deeper issues at play. The dogpiling is insane and can drive the ED further. Thank you for the compassion... it's clear it made a difference to her. ❤️

Two things can be true at once. EDs and grief can go hand and hand because EDs are often about feeling a sense of control and in grief you feel so out of control.

Im a fitness instructor and i have no idea how she is keeping up with her classes. She has like no muscle mass on her. I know if im teaching class everyday and not getting in enough calories, I feel awful. I genuinely worry about her.
