I've stage 2a HER2+ breast cancer I had a mastectomy 31st of march and Im back to weekly chemos for the next 12 weeks with hormone therapy on top. I also own a bed&breakfast on the north coast and this is our season when we make money for winter months. I'm exhausted in pain and quiet physically sick and Im still working. I have the same attitude I don't want to stop I should keep going because I'm self employed and if I stop I don't get paid. it's so hard to balance both ATM and I feel guilty when I rest because I feel like I need to be working and keeping going 🙈🥰 xx

I don't have endometriosis but I have chronic migraine. I function as much as I can to the point people think that it's just a headache. It is a full neurological condition that affects me differently depending on the day or attack. what people don't see is I puxh through to work, go out, socialise then I get home and I'm fit for nothing and just need to lie down. Medication makes you feel worse sometimes and for me it's at the point if if I stopped doing things when I have a migraine attack I would never do anything. Its a struggle sometimes but I have had this 37 years so I've had a long time learning to deal with it

The only relief I have at the minute is Ryeqo, and it’s working amazing but I can’t help but thinking it’s not permanent, you can’t be on it forever and what if my body builds a tolerance to it and it stops working, even when it’s good I live in constant fear. So draining and life consuming

Endo is the worst, it's so hard to explain to anyone who doesn't have it what it feels like. You can be having the best day then next day in bed unable to move. I'm on dienogest and it's working for me but I've also been waiting for surgery for 5 years!! I can go to the gym, it is too much but i do small home workouts when I can, I don't worry about being honest and cancelling plans if I need to look after myself xx

After I gave birth it flared my PCOS and my god I’ve heard of it before but didn’t realize how it literally affects every aspect of your life it’s so hard! It’s definitely a chronic illness and so many women are affected by it and nothings really being done about it. I’m terrible at looking after myself with it I’m a full time single mam with a cake business and another job and barely have time to shower 😅 but when you’re so busy it does catch up to you and you’re so ill for about a week and can’t get anything done

Reading these comments. You girls are the strongest princesses . I remember a doctor .. yes a doctor saying to Olivia .. it’s just all part of being a woman. NO. !!! It isn’t. No one else was on the bedroom floor in foetal position in chronic pain . If you’re a mum of someone going through this . PUSH PUSH PUSH till someone listens. Don’t accept the brush off . And you are all incredible.❤️❤️❤️❤️
