Guys, this is not a classic mojito! If you want to make a classic mojito, take a highball and pour in 20 ml of lime juice (or squeeze lime wedges in the glass with a muddler), 4-5 mint leaves (lightly tap them to release their aroma. Never make a muddle, otherwise you will drink pieces of leaves), add mint to the highball, 2 teaspoons of cane sugar and stir everything in the highball, first adding a splash of soda. Add 45 ml of white Cuban rum, fill everything with crushed ice and top with soda. NO SPRITE!! Enjoy!
