What changed everything for me? Realizing that successful traders usually don’t rely on excitement. They rely on SYSTEMS 🧠 Think about it 👀 Why do athletes train at fixed times? Why do professionals follow routines? Because structure reduces unnecessary decisions. And fewer unnecessary decisions = more mental energy. ⚡ Trading becomes exhausting when everything feels random. Random wake-up time. Random chart checking. Random entries. Random focus. Eventually your brain feels overloaded. 😵‍💫 And when you’re mentally tired... discipline becomes harder. If I could restart, I would protect my focus way more. Because focus is one of the most underrated skills in trading. 🎯 Not intelligence. Not talent. Focus.
