I’m an attorney that actually does some discrimination work. They have no idea what the 14th amendment means. The 14th amendment theoretically guarantees that two victims of domestic violence have access to the same laws and same legal system, not that they are both equal. So a law that says husbands can sue their wives for assault, but wives can’t sue their husbands would be subject to a 14th amendment challenge. Even then, the 14th amendment allows for unequal treatment for logical governmental reasons.

There is no rights , 1/2 of my family are attorneys , Iv heard them talk for years, money will buy you your way out equal or not equal, is this is true on about or above 90% of the time, the more money you have, the more money the attorney will promise you they will get you a win but at a cost, Iv been around so many times after cases that you hear 2 or 3 of them on the golf course all agreeing he was guilty as the sky was blue but he had $50k , slapped when some probation time and fines and ordered to stay away like a year 😂😂it’s not equal at all, it’s who’s got the most money
