@cookingtales11: Lamb karahi (curry) Ingredients * ½ cup oil * 2 sliced onions * ½ kg fatty lamb * 1 tbsp red chilli powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste * 3 medium tomatoes * 1 tbsp salt * 3 glasses water Method of Preparation 1. Heat oil in a pot and fry sliced onions until golden. 2. Add lamb and sauté well. 3. Add chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1–2 minutes. 4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and pasty. 5. Add salt and water, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil. 6. Lower the flame and cook for about 1 hour until the lamb becomes tender. 7.
