Back when I was the morning producer I treated it as an afternoon shift. So wake up at 3pm, start work at 11pm, finish shift at 7 am and go to sleep asap. Helped me keep an afternoon social life.

I just switched from nights to early mornings, I’m up at 3 most days now. I gained so much weight from switching. Part of it was that I just wasn’t really eating well when I was on nights and I just had time to eat better. I needed to gain some weight, but it’s just throwing me off and I wanna loose like 10 of the 25 lbs I gained. It’s mainly the sleep thing, I just feel hungrier when I’m not sleeping I guess
