For me I got some clicking but I get a ton of fatigue in my shoulder and arm and at times pain in the front of my shoulder, I also have a tight chest and when I roll my shoulders for example it has a shake sensation I’m worried that I might have a torn labrum any thoughts ? I’ve had this for quite awhile I’ve seen docs and pts and I got nothing from them I haven’t been able to train as the sensations are there and just fear. I had my left arm mri with contrast and it was cleaning I’m waiting to maybe do my right arm but I’m just so lost….

Had two surgeries within 4 years cause of a simple dislocation. It turned into nerve decompression from excess scar tissue after the original surgery. All from just a dislocated shoulder 🤦♀️

Shoulder injuries can take forever to heal so personally I’d play it on the cautious side and get it checked out before doing anything else with it

My physician brother was on vacation when he dislocated his shoulder, and he had to teach his friend how to relocate it for him because they weren't near a hospital 💀

Hii i dislocated my shoulder as a kid and it took days b4 anyone noticed…dont judge me i was a neglected kid. I dont think it was fixed because A) i dont remember feeling that relief i see people show when its reset amd 2) that little bone on top still looks is still looks popped out to today and 3) i frequently feel pain after intense workload. Can i fix it now? Please i need professional help
