it can also go the opposite for me. i can start my say in tears at the anxiety of having to do everything, go to work. socialize... But then a good song comes on in the car and i start badly singing and its so loud i cant hear myself and suddenly iv flipped into having a great day

All the videos I’ve watched of yours is exactly how my life is everyday and it’s hard for me when trying to explain the best way I can to family and friends on why I’m upset during the day etc and they just don’t understand and watching these videos just calms me because I know after watching these it’s not me it’s them
