Vaseline is so good and one of the best tolerated occlusive creams. It contains a very small amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon molecules, which can be harmful if swallowed or consumed in large quantities. However, the amount present in Vaseline is extremely low, and it is not absorbed through the skin when applied topically.

try and get referred for the phototherapy uvb light treatment it cleared my tsw and i think it may work for you too

Anything containing oats can be triggering especially if not gluten free and they also cause cold sores 😭

I agree, epiderm , qv, any of those heavy cream skin creams have a lot of ingredients that can irritate. Once I stopped those creams my skin started to improve. Creams that you use shouldn’t make your skin itchy. Once my skin settled down I I use macadamia oil.
