These are intermediate callouts. Below 400 ft til 50 ft, if it takes more than 11 seconds for the next callout, the FWC generates an intermediate callout (ie. 310 instead of 300). Below 50 ft and the timer is 4 seconds between each callout, hence why you heard "44" instead of "40" here. I believe this logic is mainly on the A330 and newer production A320s
