If every ingredient is dosed individually, the brand has nothing to hide and the formula is legit. 🔴If you see a blend with a fancy name and one total weight for the whole group, don’t even bother because that’s exactly how they rip you off. 🟡Fun fact! Inside a blend, ingredients are listed from most to least by weight. So if cheap caffeine is at the top and the ingredients you actually paid for like citrulline or beta-alanine are at the bottom, the formula is mostly filler dressed up to look stacked. P.S.
