Wouldn’t have sagged with 18mm OSB that thickness is also better for rubber in my opinion

Really should be using 18mm T&G for the roof if your using rubber much better finish

Why don’t you try insulated panels on the roof 🤔 finished in one hour and you can strap and line them as well. They meet current regulations for U value and they at fire resistant. With over 60 years guarantee it’s a win win. We used them on every garden room we built never had a problem. Worth a try. 👍👍
