Smile,well I just went through your page and judging by your profile I can tell you’re a lady of taste and standard and as a licensed Real Estate Agent I won’t even lie to you. Yes 1.5m is small for 2 bedroom apartment in Lagos,considering the fact that you wouldn’t want to rent a house with poor mobile network,poor electricity or bad road network and most importantly a good location for your day to day activities. Mind you Agents are not responsible for prices of these properties,they don’t own it. They are just middle man between you and the owner. Inflation as affected every aspect of our economy and most importantly housing in Lagos,you can’t blame anyone My dear sister. House hunting is always stressful except you’re lucky enough to meet competent agents. You can reach out to me with your budget and location (although I don’t do rental properties) I’ll love to make your hunting experience more achievable👌
