You need to be an actual pilate instructor and actually verbally instruct your viewers in your videos, tell them to correct muscle engagement, correct posture and breathing cues, not just saying "spot the difference" actually explain it, like what pilates are supposed to be. Not everyone is going to see these videos, they're just gonna do your videos on YouTube without any verbal guidance and end up injuring themselves. It's still happening..
