@offenceregister: TWO EASTBOURNE MEN CHARGED WITH RAPE AND SEXUAL ABUSE OF 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL In 2026, Sussex Police launched a high-priority criminal prosecution after charging two Eastbourne men, Adam Hendrick and Miguel Dasilva, with the horrific rape and sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl. The investigation revealed that the dangerous predators systematically targeted the minor victim inside a residential address in Eastbourne. Between 2:30 am and 7:00 am on Saturday, 23 May, the child was subjected to a terrifying, multi-count campaign of penetrative sexual violence and explicit communication. Owen attempted to utilise the private property to mask his actions and hide his activity from community oversight, but public protection units halted their freedom following a rapid response. Detectives confirmed that Adam Hendrick, 40, and Miguel Dasilva, 39, have been locked up ahead of their joint crown court arraignment. The Offender Database UK confirmed that Sussex Police have charged the defendants ahead of Lewes Crown Court: Adam Hendrick: Rape of a girl aged 13–15; Engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a child (4 counts). Miguel Dasilva: Engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a child (3 counts); Non-penetrative child sexual assault; Sexual communication with a child. Both men remain subject to: Immediate custodial remand ahead of a formal Crown Court hearing on 24 June. Mandatory lifetime placement on the civilian Sex Offenders Register if convicted. Permanent, indefinite placement on the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Barred List upon conviction. Is this justice? Share your comment below.
