I understand the theory perfectly but it doesn't seem to be as simple as that in practice. What are you supposed to do if the 3d doesn't budge and actually just gets crazier and worse, after week after week of optimism, belief, changing thoughts, doing and believing everything the videos on here teach? It gets harder to believe that this is anything other than a beautiful theory. It gets harder to tell yourself that the opposite circumstances to your decisions are things actually working out for you. It gets really discouraging and difficult not to think you're doing something wrong despite all the studying and practice, and that there's something wrong with you since so many others seem to be able to manifest. Eventually my identity cracks bc the pressure builds and builds until I'm here identifying as someone in lack. Despite how thoroughly I understand.

I wanted to ask some questions about 3d not lining up. I try to persist but I can like feel the anxiety and fear inside me. My heart just feels really heavy and when I am affirming this teeling just doesn't go away. It you have any tips then please share
