So I’m a teenager and I’m 5’7 and 170lbs and I have been strength training for 6 months and there hasn’t been much progress. I’ve also maintained a good diet but just nothing has worked for me. I’ve been trying a calorie deficit of 2,200 but that really hasn’t helped much either. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Any thought?

I don’t like eating real meals, especially THREE🤮I’m more of a 1 “meal” a day & snacks 🥴. In the end it’s more calories but idk, something about eating hella meat at once makes me want to gag.
