Yeah, first amendment audit is often we’ll go to public places like a post office or a government building and then they will look for a certain document that gives them permission to record that should be displayed. I believe it’s like title IX or chapter 11 and that’s explaining the phone policy and recording policy and then they basically record and harass everybody in the store. They sometimes do go to public places like this as well.
