to be completely honest the average person is gonna get more athletic quicker from weightlifting than they do training goata. both are useful though but goata is more about movement efficiency and minimizing injury potential, and weight lifting is obviously gonna help your max force output. athleticism is really built from weightlifting + pylos + goata
