When you work IT for big corporations (1,000+ employees), they operate off of a ticketing system (usually ServiceNow or ServiceDesk). Once a user submits a ticket, whichever tech ends up with the ticket is only obligated to assist with the issue specifically mentioned in the ticket. Often times, customers will try and throw on additional items. Granted, some places your boss will tell you “just add it to the ticket”… but if you work somewhere cool, management will insist that any additional items will require a new ticket submission.

I'm always on my way to a "meeting" and remind them to email the HelpDesk as I am also tied up with a time sensitive project and can only work issues in the order received...as I keep walking out of earshot. it does wonders for my mental health and time management.

I dont know what it was, but I assumed this was AI generated, than I saw the text. But it looks not so bad as other. The expressions are much more natural but it seems to skripted. Is it just deepfake (overlay) in a realistic environment ?
