Add salt, red chilli, black pepper, white pepper, zeera powder, dhania powder, and oregano. Add maida and mix well. Pour in a little water and make a thick mixture. Heat oil on medium flame and drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
