I took one after i ate y nada. I took two while i was eating y nada. I took three y nada. Those pills are not for me. My stomach is fighting with them damn pills and my stomach wins all the time lmfao

To be clear, our stomach does already have a digestive system, but this pill helps it. It’s for people who need help breaking it down a little bit more especially if you have lactose like if you’re lactose intolerant like me I will literally go days without pooping because when I eat cheese or anything with milk, it makes it very hard for me to go to the restroom and it makes me constipated so when I take the digestive enzymes, of course my stomach already has the capability to digest, but the pill breaks it down even more, so I’m actually able to go to the restroom every single day because I take the pill every single Day so if you have any type of problems like that to wear, your stomach isn’t fully digesting everything and it’s hard to go to the restroom. Sometimes I do recommend taking this pill because I’m actually able to poop every day now because of this pill.
