Try LED Bluetooth or WiFi colorful light bulb connect the app. It’s so easier to turn it off from your app when you can see if it’s on or off whenever forgot or turn it off far away across house /rooms. Even can change normal or color light whenever in mood.

Does Tati have a lamp she could use instead? My daughter was doing the same thing, and her lamp was just a “one brightness” type lamp. I got her one that can dim and change colour and she hasn’t turned her bedroom light on since
