I realized when I allowed my emotions to speak, be heard and given space to express itself fully, I accept that it must be given the attention it deserves. After the compassionate awareness reaches the heart, the pain and weight begins to lessen, and then the processing can begin. There are no bad or good emotions. They are the way the body communicates information. What we do with that information is where we raise our frequency into possibilities.
