Better to play it directly off the dj software(works with serato) so it keeps the quality. Just need wifi or using your phone as a Hotspot. You won't know how the quality will be with the downloads. Speaking from experience. Bless

Also if your using Serato you can stream the tracks from Spotify it'll have all your saved playlists there in the software without needing to download the songs onto your laptop.

Download songs in around -14 LUFS (I think that is Spotify’s setting) with not perfect quality (Not lossless) into a MP3 container will not sound good in a Club Environment… Just saying. 🙏
