I don’t like ice. I order everything with no ice whether alcohol or not. When it’s a soda they just fill it to the top. When it’s a mixed drink they usually use the measured bourbon and fill it with soda. Sometimes they don’t, I have no expectation of anything other than a drink with no ice. Never a problem until a customer makes it one.

Side note. I like light ice / no ice because I don’t like super cold drinks so it takes me forever to finish them when there super cold. By then the ice is melted and it’s watered down.

if you ask for no ice youre gonna have the same amount of liquid because its specific measurements, if you want more of anything, from any establishment with someone who works with drinks, you need to specify that and pay for that

"Work for your tip" This concept makes me so uncomfortable. People's bills shouldn't be dependent on whether or not the customer feels like they "earned" it. They earn a set amount by working, from their employer. If I was in a place where tips were encouraged, I'd tip the same amount to each server (and no, not a low amount. I'd make it fair)
