I understand it’s sold as is BUT if the dealer knew it was in an accident and purposefully did not disclose that, it’s a bit shady. As a customer, and finding this out later, I’d be piss too.

Years ago carfax was claiming that they will buy the car if the owner can prove that there was damage to the car but didn’t show on carfax. Let him call the carfax

If I buy from a dealer, I’d hope the car was checked thoroughly. On the ramp etc. why else would you buy from a dealer. They are the experts.
