I would recommend staying home with them on when you first try them. Not because they don’t work bc they absolutely do but so that you can see how reliable they really are. I cycle sync, seed cycle and wear period panties and those 3 things ALONE were a game changer! Try all 3!

I will never go back. I went from a 7/8 day cycle to 5. No more cramps, hormone headaches and lighter bleeding. My heavy days aren’t as bad as they once were.

you do not have to change them at the same frequency of pass, tampons. they absorb 4x the amount of pads and tampons so you can wear them longer without the need to change. they absorb EXTREMELY well. I suggest getting one pair and seeing how you like... I love them!!
