Dry cleaning doesn’t remove marks & stains from garments. It kills bacteria to prevent smells & delicate fabrics damaging. Also to manipulate fabric shape. It was very likely dry cleaned. Ppl jst very often misunderstand what dry cleaning actually is

My son brought a leather jacket from a charity shop for £12 and the dry cleaners wanted £125 so I washed it in the washing machine and it was fine. I also got out year old stains out of a white satin dress our daughter wore for her 18th birthday. I love washing x
