I had a problem the other day my little boy was poorly so he had calpol to make him better but then was asking for more straight away and I said you can’t have more cause it will make you poorly🤣🙈

My son is the same! He doesn’t quite understand things like this too (ASD) - I try to show him the difference where I can - broke the egg into a bowl so hopefully he can understand!

My little boy the same he non verbal and he obsessed with eggs and he try’s to get them and once I put them away he will scream at the cupboard to get them out to give them him x

On a morning my son was telling us eggs don’t have chickens and it was so random. We walked in my sons room once and he looked so strange. Turned out there was five cracked eggs under his pillow 😂 he’s also been using his mouth to open them. He’s also asd. Life’s always fun with them 😂😂

My daughter was the same. Since she was 3 I’ve kept all the plastic things and I fill them with little things so she can open them. She’s 5 now and she still does it

when my son learned about opening atuff he wated to takw appart every toy to exist ever that didnt open many broken toys and tantrums later hes now past that thank goodness

It must be so difficult for you both, your toddler struggles to understand and you’re figuring out how best to communicate with her 🫶🏻 perhaps take both eggs into the garden and try & visually show her the difference. Only issue is, if she has sensory needs, she may start cracking all your eggs 🫠🫣 Well done mumma ❤️
