This still never makes sense to me. Love is a choice, if you have the choice to love, you conversely have the choice to be loved, but YOU gotta accept that choice of being loved.

i know i deserve to be loved, but when people don’t love me in the way i love them, i just can’t feel it. my love has always been greater

I don’t think I’ll ever get married or settle down. I’m not the type of person somebody commits to, I’m more like a stepping stone at the end of the river right before you make it across. I’ll give all of my love to each person who comes through and help them cross and find the person they’re meant for, but at the end of the day I’ll always get left behind. I’ve started to come to terms with the reality of it. I just need to make sure I prioritize making memories with the people I have before they’re gone too.
