I love seeing parents do ISR. My in laws have a pool and I made it a requirement that our daughter does ISR. This will be our second year and I’m so glad it’s offered in our state!

I promise this is just mom to mom advice but I would really consider a different colour swimsuit, especially doing ISR lessons. Look up different colors under water
