@miztermiller: I’ve always loved a water marbling video, and I finally got to try it myself! The kit is from @jacquardproducts (20% Off with code JUSTIN) What should we call this summer camp series and what should I try next? #watermarble #marbling #diyhomeprojects #eclecticinteriors #interiordesigntips
Pitching a craft or two: making your own handpainted tiles to cover a small boring functional item, out of polymer or airdry clay?? Taking the new trend of yarn on lampshades to fun extremes, yarn-wrapping a SHELF. Diy’ing colorful grain veneer panels instead of buying them! I ALSO just discovered you can make patterns on rice paper with the help of printing on sticker paper and slapping it on the other side, it’s subtle and very cool. Some inspo pics to come below!

Kelly Good :
We did this in college art class with liquid starch (for laundry) added to water. We didn’t have to treat the paper, but we did use a slightly thicker paper. Not sure if that would matter in all use cases, but the pieces took the paint very well and held up beautifully.

You can do this with nail polish in plain water and dip your nails in. 🥰🥰
