@brookeheartslife: muscle spasms had my legs out straight for a few seconds then when they relaxed I had tremors called clonus when putting my feet back on the foot plate and you can see the obvious blood pooling because of muscle atrophy #sci #spinalcordinjury #paralyzed #quadriplegic
press down on the top on the knee, gently. this works with my mom :)

I had a friend in high school and she would sometime get leg spasms too. Everyone thought that meant she could still move them!

I can’t stand it. Mine will take turns flopping and then sometimes they both go up in the air and start flopping. Having to hold on really tight so I don’t slide off

I get the same all the time! sometimes so forceful that it causes my chair to rattle loudly. happened once during a friends orchestra concert where I was sitting right up in the front 😭

my husband has an SCI and his legs also stretch out randomly when he does transfers. His feet also became ticklish and twitch a lot even though he cant feel them at all😂❤️
