i think having a Bible whether it’s digital or physical is great because you have God’s word. although, my personal preference is my physical Bible because i find myself getting distracted with the apps on my phone when reading the digital Bible

I totally agree with this , I often feel judged by some of the people in my Bible study group because I don’t really use a physical bible but on my phone is just more effective and easier for me throughout the day!

I agree with you. I often see this debate. Of course there can be distractions when studying digitally but it’s so easy to turn on DND and focus. With either method we are encountering God’s Word. The medium doesn’t determine the spiritual value of engagement 🩷

My Bible app is needed so much for me cause even when I’m on the Go I be wanting to get in my word. I be pulling my phone out so fast especially if I can’t stop thinking about the last chapter and be eager to know more.

God’s word is meant to reach everyone. The internet gives us more access to people around the world than ever before without having to travel physically. If technology can be used to glorify God and spread His message, then we should use the tools we’ve been given. A physical Bible is great, and so is the Bible app. 🤷🏾♀️
